Individual clients typically meet every 7 to 14 days. Each client is unique depending upon their goal(s) and how quickly they move forward between sessions to complete follow-ups and mini-goals created during their session. Group sessions meet weekly at a specified day/time.
Individual sessions are 60 minutes. Group sessions, depending upon the specific session and topic, are 45 or 60 minutes.
