HI, I'M LAURA
For more than 25 years, I worked in corporate communications – consulting and partnering closely with senior executives and Boards of Directors inside complex organizations. I witnessed firsthand how much responsibility leaders carry, the visible demands of performance and the invisible weight of pressure, expectation, and constant decision-making.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in what supports leaders from the inside. That curiosity led me to leadership development coaching.
Today, as a New York University certified coach, I integrate 360 assessments, Hogan insights, AI tools, resilience research, and wellbeing frameworks into leadership development. I believe wellbeing is not separate from performance — it is foundational to it. When leaders build clarity, emotional steadiness, and the capacity to respond rather than react, they lead differently. Teams feel it. Culture reflects it. Results follow!
